About the Founder
Attorney Diana Lynch is the founding partner of Lynch Law Group in Atlanta, Georgia. Ms. Lynch focuses her practice on family, sports, entertainment, and business law, handling cases in the Atlanta metropolitan area, as well as throughout DeKalb, Gwinnett and Fulton counties. Cases involving divorce, child custody, child support, property division are all part of her specialization while offering a plethora of other strategic legal services. Possessing a wide range of legal knowledge, she has also handled personal injury and other general civil litigation matters.
Ms. Lynch earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting at the University of South Carolina: Darla Moore School of Business and attained her law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law. During law school, she served as a summer associate for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Division’s securities fraud and regulations department. She has been practicing law in the state of Georgia since 1995 and the state of South Carolina since 1993.
Ms. Lynch has over two decades’ worth of litigation experience in the area of family law and is also experienced in alternative forms of dispute resolution, holding a license in both mediation and arbitration. Prior to her role with Lynch Law Group, she practiced at other private firms and also clerked for entities, including the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia and the South Carolina Court of Appeals.
An active participant in legal and pro bono activities, Ms. Lynch has been involved with nonprofit groups including Literacy 2 Legacy, Inc. and the Fulton County Youth Council. Additionally, she is active in a number of professional organizations including the State Bar of Georgia, the American Bar Association and the American Association for Justice.
